Craniosacral Therapy

In Craniosacral Therapy any part of the person can be successfully treated irrespective of hand positioning. By ‘tuning in’ to the affected area a wealth of information is available giving valuable insight as to how a condition occurred and can be managed.

To an observer it can seem little more than watching paint dry, but to the therapist and patient another amazing and often hidden world exists!

One of the ultimate aims of this wonderful therapy is to restore the body’s natural vitality which may have become significantly depleted due to long or short term shock, stress and trauma. Very gentle touch can help this to release, leading to a dramatic and greater sense of improved function and quality of life.

"I go to nature to be soothed and healed,
and to have my senses put in order."
